This article is dedicated to discussing building the Kingdom of God, His Church. If we are going to work as servants to Jesus in Building His Kingdom we must do so His way. That means getting our information from the word of God the Holy Bible.

Jesus said in
Matthew 16:18-19

18I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

19I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

Jesus said that He is going to build His Church and that is what he is going to do. However, He is looking for men and women of God to represent Him on earth and work with them to build His Church. He has given us the keys to the kingdom and the authority we need in Him to accomplish the work. God gives us the greatest purpose of all in life, working with Him to build His kingdom.

Jesus also said that His purpose was to glorify God and He said that He came to testify to the truth. So we are disciples of Jesus and our purpose is the same as His, to Glorify God and testify to the truth and build His Church.

gifts of the Spirit,
and the five fold gifts.

It is important that the Body of Christ take action for God. Jesus said Go into all the world and preach the Gospel. He did not say stay in your church and homes and preach. I strongly encourage christians to go to the Gates of Hell just as Jesus did and preach the Gospel everywhere on the earth. Especially in the wicked places where the people need the Gospel the most.

I hope that his article will be a help to those christians that are attempting to seek God and obey His commands. If you are contemplating following Jesus fully the best thing to do is to research the Word of God. Then find a church that is doing God’s work.

The purpose of the church is to encourage and to train people on how to build His Church. We are one unit the body of Christ, lets work together to build His Kingdom. Glorifying God is obeying God fully in our lives and giving Him the credit and praise.
